Working Principal :Ā

Machine works on the principle of one step fermentation and composting. Composting is a biological process in which microorganisms convert organic waste into compost. The compost looks like dry soil and is an excellent nutrient for growing plants.

Waste Composting MachineĀ  is an automatic organic waste composter which uses microorganisms to break down and decompose all kinds of organic waste into compost in 24 hrs. after initial charge with a volume reduction of 75-90% The micro-organisms increase temperature to about 65 degrees. Celsius that helps in moisture evaporation in a natural way.

The entire process is natural.

OWCM has a U-shape / vertical compositing tank, with sensors, heaters, mixing blades.

OWCm is fitted with an odor removal system to eliminate bad door.
